We continue to set new goals on our ambitious journey onward, - both in terms of growth, results and accomplishments which is why we are now looking for a Communications Manager to help us further strengthen and position our own brand within the markets we operate. We intend to target potential clients as well as hires, since the biggest reason behind our succes are the people who have chosen Shape throughout the years.
At the moment we are in the middle of a strategy process to define our future brand platform, and we hope that our new Communications Manager can begin on June 1st and thereby be part of the planning and execution of the new platform as well as the underlying content tracks in relevant channels from the beginning and assume the overall responsibility as the work commences.
What we look for in the ideal candidate
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with B2B content marketing and communication/PR on social media and other related channels. Preferably as client cases, examples of social media posts, industry articles, videos, whitepapers, newsletters and such.
Sharp and eloquent in writing. Must be fluent in both English and Danish. English is our main company language, but we make PR material in both Danish and English depending of the given media. It is a plus if the candidate has a certain degree of experience with search optimised copywriting.
Flair for and experience with communicating digital products/technology based products and commercial solutions.

Areas of responsibility for the position
Ensure that we communicate in line with our defined brand platform, as well as positioning and core narrative.
Continuously adjust and develop our strategy for content and communication.
Collaborate internally with the relevant parties and the leadership regarding the communication and the execution of various materials and activities. We can produce some in-house, but you will also be responsible for finding and collaborating with external companies if needed in certain cases.
Setup and management of campaigns, news and other types of content on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook and Mailchimp. Potentially our web CMS as well.
Manage and update our content calendar and communications plan.
Help ensure that our brand and content assets including sales presentations and templates are in line with the Shape brand story.
Report status and progress on activities based on the agreed KPIs.
Define budgets for the resources needed for activities.
Gather permissions for email marketing and CRM.
Assist account directors with communication flows and leads through marketing.
Initially our Communications Manager will focus on launching our new brand platform as well as the underlying narrative on the various channels alongside internal and external parties, and focus on expanding our content toolbox by exploring and testing formats and content types. Following the initial couple of setup months we expect that our Communications Manager will continue the work of producing content and executing the planned initiatives.
Salary, conditions and benefits are negotiated based on merit and qualifications. The place of work is our office located on Njalsgade, Islands Brygge. You will refer to an external consultant initially and afterwards to our Managing Director Kristian Friis.
