WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience with finance management.
Experience working with E-conomic is a plus.
Experience organizing thematic events and executing them.
Experience running an office and the desire to work with the multitude of elements related to office management.
Experience working with various HR and administrative-related tasks.
Speaking Danish is not a requirement but it will be advantageous, as there are tasks that will contain Danish information.
Because you will be working in a small team, we can overlook lack of experience in some areas with the right chemistry and motivation.
Your primary tasks will be finance-related, doing book keeping as well as other administrative and practical tasks around the office. You will assist new hires to the company in their relocation and assist your colleagues in HR matters.
The perfect candidate is outgoing, positive and has a strong systematic approach with the ability to keep a cool head, even when every plan has to be revised on-the-go. Furthermore, the ideal candidate thrives in a working environment where they are interacting closely with many people in a multitude of capacities.
We are looking for a person to work from April to August 2021. Salary will be negotiated based on competencies and previous experience. If the match is positive there are good options for hire afterwards in a similar position.
