On Friday 12 May 2023 this year’s Danish Digital Awards was held with a grand show at Clarion Copenhagen Airport. And we took home two of the coveted awards, both a category very near and dear to our hearts at Shape – Customer Experience.
OK took home the gold with these words from the jury: In a market undergoing transformation, OK is at the forefront and delivers connectivity by design. The app makes it easy for 700,000 customers to get a full overview and handle all transactions associated with being a modern driver. 100,000 ratings and a score of 4.7 in the Appstore speak for themselves.
“It means a lot for us to win in the category, customer experience, because it’s something we have a lot of focus on in OK. Furthermore, it means a lot because it recognises the people, who have worked on the app for so many years. It creates a sense of pride here in OK among the employees, but it’s also part of positioning us as an exciting place to work,” says Mikkel Kaczmarek, Team Lead for Apps and Self Service at OK a.m.b.a.
Solar brought home the silver in the same category. The jury writes: Solar continues to use CX as a differentiator in the construction industry and brings convenience right to the construction site. Strong, consistent engagement across store, app and ecommerce and a great boost to both business and customer experience.
